A letter to my younger self

Dear Beautiful,

This letter is so dear to my heart I don’t even know where to begin…

Let me start by saying just love yourself, smile more, be happy more, take risks and never be ashamed to fail. If you do, it’s ok pick yourself right up and carry on with this ride we call life.

Don’t you know that you’re a daughter of a high King? Let go and let God.

No one said it’s going to be easy, but we are promised it will be worth it. The bible says, ‘For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’ Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

Yes you’re going to have people telling you ‘oh you can’t do this, you can’t do that’ prove them wrong, better yet prove to yourself that with God by your side anything is possible!

Baby girl I’ve been where you are, I’ve done all that crying, wanting to give up and so much more and I sometime still do! But for the sake of your sanity the last thing you should ever do is give up.

Especially enjoy your 20s, if you make mistakes learn from them and move on. Friendships will come and go there is always different seasons for different situations… you can know someone just under a month and they have a better intention for your life than someone you have known for years…it’s sad but unfortunately true and that’s ok. With relationships, be the sure that the man makes you happy and tick the right boxes and whatever you do…do not compromise on what you deserve!

Baby girl don’t you know that you’re a QUEEN?

Lift your head up high and wear your crown with the biggest smile and walk with confidence…don’t allow other people’s fears to rub on you because this is what I did and for that reason it took me two years to finally start this blog all because I listened to someone inflict their fears on to me.  Don’t be me lol…

Choose what you want to do… plan for it and then make it happen… you can soo do this!

Why don’t you set yourself goals for 2019 and work towards it? This could be a course you’ve always wanted to do, driving lessons or even just to work on your character and self-love…it could be anything! What would you choose?

Good luck 🙂

Stay blessed,

Signed,

Divine- Amy
